Old State Saloon is posting a reward of up to $25,000 cash PLUS Free Beer (or Wine) for Life for credible information provided directly to law enforcement that leads to the arrest and conviction of Boise Mayor Lauren McLean for any criminal offenses:

• $10,000 for a significant misdemeanor (as deemed serious enough by Mark Fitzpatrick and Old State Saloon management).

• $25,000 for a felony.

Full Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for the Reward

• The reward is offered for verifiable information submitted directly to appropriate law enforcement authorities that directly contributes to the formal arrest and subsequent conviction of Lauren McLean in a court of law for any felony or significant misdemeanor criminal offense.

• Information must be new and not previously known to law enforcement. Publicly available information or tips already under investigation do not qualify.

• The claimant must have acted in good faith and without personal involvement in any related criminal activity.

• Mayor McLean is not eligible to receive the REWARD if she turns herself in, although we highly advise her to do so and cooperate fully with authorities.

2. Reward Components

A) Cash Reward (Up to $25,000 USD)

The cash reward consists of two potential funding sources:

1. Pledged money from credible donors.

   • Donors pledge amounts payable only if Mayor McLean is arrested and convicted of a qualifying offense.

   • A donor qualifies as “credible” only if they convince Mark Fitzpatrick they are legitimate and able to fulfill their pledge.

2. Money donated via GiveSendGo.

   • All public donations collected through the official GiveSendGo campaign.

If a person or persons qualify as the winner (their information directly leads to the arrest and conviction), they will receive the REWARD consisting of:

• the remaining GiveSendGo donations (after any platform fees), plus

• any money actually collected from credible donors who fulfill their pledges.

Additionally, Old State Saloon will attempt to crowdfund an even larger supplemental REWARD for the winner.

Important Disclaimer: If any credible donor fails to meet their pledged obligation, neither Old State Saloon nor Mark Fitzpatrick shall be responsible for any resulting deficit. The winner will receive only the funds actually collected.

B) Free Beer (or Wine) for Life

• Up to two (2) complimentary beers or glasses of wine per visit/day, redeemable only at Old State Saloon (50 E State St, Eagle, ID).

• Selections are limited to a house menu of beers and wines chosen at the sole discretion of Old State Saloon management (subject to change without notice).

• Valid only for the reward recipient in person; non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other items.

• Requires valid ID proving age 21+ and compliance with all alcohol service laws.

• “For Life” means the lifetime of the recipient or until Old State Saloon ceases operations, whichever comes first.

3. Multiple Claimants

• If more than one person provides qualifying information that contributes to the arrest and conviction, the total cash reward will be divided equitably among eligible claimants, as determined in the sole discretion of Old State Saloon based on the relative value and timing of each tip.

• Only one “Free Beer (or Wine) for Life” privilege will be awarded per qualifying arrest and conviction (divided or shared at Old State Saloon’s discretion if multiple claimants).

4. Claim Process and Payment

• Claims must be submitted in writing to Old State Saloon within 90 days after public announcement of a conviction.

• Proof required: Official documentation from law enforcement or court records confirming that the provided information directly led to the arrest and conviction.

• Old State Saloon reserves the right to verify eligibility with law enforcement.

• All decisions regarding eligibility, contribution of information, and reward distribution are final and binding, made in the sole discretion of Old State Saloon management.

• Rewards are paid only after final conviction (including exhaustion of standard appeals, if applicable).

• Taxes on rewards are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Disposition of Funds if No Reward is Paid

If Mayor McLean is arrested and convicted but no individual qualifies for the REWARD (or if no arrest and conviction occurs), any remaining donated money in the GiveSendGo campaign will be diverted to another REWARD campaign of Mark Fitzpatrick’s choosing.

6. No Vigilante Behavior

• This reward is strictly for providing information directly to law enforcement authorities.

• Old State Saloon strongly discourages and will not reward any form of vigilante justice, self-help enforcement, unauthorized investigation, citizen’s arrest, harassment, threats, or any actions that could endanger public safety or violate the law.

• Any attempt to confront, detain, or take independent action against any individual will disqualify the claimant from receiving any reward and may result in denial of eligibility.

• Report information solely to proper authorities—let the professionals handle the rest.

7. General Conditions

• This is a private reward offer from Old State Saloon and is not affiliated with any government or law enforcement agency.

• Old State Saloon reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time without notice.

• Participation implies acceptance of these terms. Void where prohibited by law.

• No purchase necessary. Employees, owners, and immediate family of Old State Saloon are ineligible.

• By claiming the reward, recipient agrees to hold Old State Saloon harmless from any claims related to the information provided or its use.

8. Anonymous Tips Welcome
