NOW HIRING

THE PERFECT APPLICANT

You love cooking and you’re getting pretty darned good at it, too! Sometimes you wake up at night dreaming of your next great recipe. Your food would keep the king content, the queen quenched, and the masses amazed.  The food critics will someday swoon over your praiseworthy pizzas, heroic hamburgers, and bountiful breakfast burritos. It’s time to throw some spice on your career as a full time cook for a creative, fun, and growing kitchen and catering company. Because of the challenges that accompany growth we are looking for a hard worker wanting to shape and direct a kitchen through the next season.

WHO WE ARE

Old State Saloon ain’t just a bar, it’s a legendary stronghold of liberty and Idaho pride, rooted in a 1906 building that’s weathered more storms than a politician’s promises. Since 2023, we’ve been pourin’ the valley’s finest cocktails, beers, and wines, standing firm as conservatives against the tidal wave of woke nonsense. Our saloon, coffeehouse, and restaurant dish out Idaho’s rich history with every sip and bite, alongside epic billiards, live music, and events that’d make the old-timers grin. The future’s lookin’ tastier than ever with a bigger, bolder kitchen in the works to power our saloon and catering empire with top-notch local grub.
